Tamara (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides compassionate, individualized care to clients across the lifespan, including individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in treating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and executive functioning challenges, while also supporting self-esteem and life transitions. Tamara has particular expertise working with medical professionals, therapists, and other healthcare providers, offering insight into the unique demands of helping professions.

Tamara Gasior is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals across all life stages, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, families, and older adults facing mental health challenges. Her expertise spans ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Trauma, Self-Esteem Issues, Adjustment Disorders, and Executive Functioning difficulties. Tamara also specializes in working with medical professionals, therapists, and other healthcare workers.

With a background as a school social worker in elementary, middle, and high school settings, Tamara has comprehensive knowledge of the IEP and 504 processes and special education services. She has also provided care in a residential treatment center for individuals with Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Dissociative Identity Disorder. Additionally, she is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), with supplemental training in working with children, adolescents, and adults, allowing her to effectively support clients in processing trauma and enhancing emotional resilience. She is also trained in Gottman Level 1, equipping her to help couples and families strengthen their relationships through research-based techniques and interventions that enhance communication and connection. Tamara's experience extends to working in nursing homes, where she collaborated closely with elderly individuals and their families.

She is passionate about empowering people of all ages to discover their strengths. Her compassionate, accepting, and collaborative approach fosters an environment where clients feel supported in their journey toward growth and wellness. Tamara earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
