Stacey Patterson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to teens, young adults, and couples. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, learning differences, addiction recovery, and family changes such as divorce.

Stacey’s clinical approach is rooted in helping clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. She understands that adolescence and young adulthood can be pivotal and often overwhelming seasons of life, and she provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their experiences, emotions, and goals .In her work with couples, Stacey helps partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and reconnect with shared values. She believes that healthy relationships are built through intentional effort, emotional safety, and mutual understanding.

Stacey integrates evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping them move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to empowered and equipped. She believes healing and growth happen when individuals feel seen, supported, and guided with both clinical expertise and genuine care.
