Krista (she/her) is dedicated to creating a safe space where clients can bring their complex—and complicated—selves. Led by clients’ concerns and priorities, she serves as a sounding board and uses a mix of therapeutic methods for dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, living with chronic pain or trauma, and more. Krista works with clients to increase self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-efficacy in managing stress, coping with change and loss, and creating a life congruent with one’s nature and values. Her studies include the integration of clinical practices and Buddhist psychology to meet life’s inevitable challenges with creativity, kindness, and resilience. Krista works with adults 18 and up.
