
Krista (she/her/hers) is dedicated to creating a safe space to which clients can bring their complex—and often complicated—selves. Led by clients’ own interests and priorities, she offers a compassionate and respectful sounding board as well as research-based therapeutic approaches to dealing with anxiety, depression and emotion regulation. Her approach is grounded in mindful awareness and non-judgment, fostering self-compassion to support healing, personal empowerment, overall well-being and continued growth. Krista works with teens, emerging adults and those of us who have been around for a while longer.
