Allie Fish, LCSW, M.ED, PEL

Allie (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families, specializing in school-based mental health and helping teens navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, family transitions, and neurodevelopmental differences. She brings a warm, empathetic, and strengths-based approach, creating a safe and supportive space where young people feel understood, build resilience, and develop practical skills for everyday life.

Allie (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and their families, with a deep specialty in school-based mental health. She specializes in working with teens navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, school-related issues, social and emotional struggles, grief and loss, and family conflict and transitions such as divorce and separation. She also helps young people navigate challenges related to ADHD, ASD, PTSD, and developmental delays.

Allie brings a warm, empathetic, and strengths-based approach to every therapeutic relationship, creating a nurturing, supportive, and safe environment where children and teens can express their thoughts, emotions, and concerns. Her genuine, caring nature helps young clients feel comfortable and understood, building a strong therapeutic foundation rooted in trust.

With a deep understanding of child development, behavioral challenges, and mental health, Allie tailors her interventions to meet each client's unique needs. She draws on a range of evidence-based modalities including Strengths-Based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also incorporates mindfulness approaches, trauma-focused interventions, and hands-on activities to help young people explore their feelings, develop problem-solving skills, build resilience, and enhance their self-esteem. Allie is passionate about teaching essential life skills
from coping and self-regulation to social skills, conflict resolution, and growth mindset, while connecting families with the wrap-around care and support they need.


She also has deep expertise in MTSS/tiered intervention models, crisis support, and IEP collaboration, and has facilitated social skills and anxiety groups throughout her career. As a current Assistant Athletic Director and former multi-sport coach, Allie brings a natural connection with student-athletes and a genuine understanding of the unique pressures teens face in competitive environments.


In her spare time, Allie enjoys running, cycling, anything Peloton, and spending time with friends and family, all while chasing her two young sons.
