



Allison has a particular interest in sport and performance counseling. She played competitive travel softball for 12 years and won the Northern Nationals in 2019. Sports have always been central to her life, with her mother competing in Division I track and field and her brother playing collegiate basketball. She values authenticity, meaningful connection, and creating a supportive space where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion.
Allison (she/her/hers) is a mental health provider who is passionate about walking alongside clients in their healing journey. She values authenticity, meaningful connection, and creating a supportive space where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion. Her clinical interests include working with adolescents and young adults facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, social anxiety and sport and performance-related concerns.
Allison’s passion for mental health began in high school, where she served as a speaker for Erika’s Lighthouse, a suicide prevention organization. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Valley State University in 2024 and went on to complete a year of national service with AmeriCorps, supporting a mental health nonprofit in Missouri. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan, working toward her goal of becoming a licensed counselor.
